Who builds it, and why.

I built ResumeMatch after my own job search went badly. I sent out more than 100 applications in a month and got maybe four callbacks. Most of the time I never found out why. I was applying to jobs I was not a strong fit for, with a resume that did not use the words the posting used, and I had no way to tell which was which.
So I changed the method. I stopped scanning job boards one at a time and started with the resume: pull out the real skills, find the postings that actually match them, fix the keyword gaps for each one, and reach out to a person at the company instead of waiting on the portal. I tracked every application and prepared for interviews using the specific posting, not generic advice. That method got me hired in two weeks.
ResumeMatch is that method, built as software. You upload your resume once. It searches Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter and more, ranks what you qualify for with a match score, shows you the ATS keyword gaps, drafts the recruiter email, tracks the application and preps you for the interview. It only ever uses what is in your resume. It never invents experience.
I am an engineer by trade, and I am the one writing the code. If something is broken or confusing, tell me and I will fix it.
ResumeMatch is run by its founders, Chimzaram Omeni (product and engineering) and Daniel Briggs (business operations), in the United States. ResumeMatch is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program.
